Returns Policy


In Pool Zone, we want you to like what you ordered, but in case you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s the return process:

Our return policy last 7 working days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, you must present your request physically in our store located in Bayamón. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Special orders or used chemical products that were sold or dispatched correctly.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and be present at the local establishment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Obvious signs of use
  • Products that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 working days after purchased.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will decide if it is aplicable a return or an exchange. If you are approved, then a credit in the store will be granted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
